Wedding Questions 

On what days do you hold weddings? We can be flexible and host weddings any day of the week.

Do you provide a dedicated wedding Co-ordinator? Yes, we have a team of knowledgeable coordinators who will be on hand throughout your wedding planning.

What does the wedding co-ordinator do? A point of contact for all of your queries throughout your wedding planning, setting the room with your favors on your big day and present throughout your civil ceremony (if applicable.)

What photograph locations do you have? The Hardwick Park, Tuscan Alcove, stair cases within the Hotel, bedrooms, wedding suite booked

Are fireworks permitted on your premises? No

 

Function Suites

How many wedding function suites do you have and what is Capacity of each suite?

Our Coleman Suite can accommodate up to 400 guests when it is open in one large Suite or alternatively can be split into three sections to accommodate 90 day guests and 100/120 evening guests.

The contemporary John Burdon Suite can accommodate up to 60 guests daytime and 120 evening.

Our more traditional Boyne Suite can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests throughout the day or 100 or the evening.

In Summer our Paddock Marquee can accommodate up to 150 guests for your day celebrations and 180 for your evening.

Are you able to offer a marquee/Conservatory/Orangery? Our Paddock Marquee is available throughout the summer months and our Grand Marquee is available on select dates throughout the year.

Are you licensed to perform Civil Ceremonies? – If yes how many rooms do you have and what capacity are the rooms?

Are you able to decorate the function room for the bride and groom? Yes, we can place wedding favors, menus and place cards for the bride and groom.

Can you provide a Cake Stand and Knife to cut cake? Yes, this is included with each package.

Can you provide a Toast Master? Yes, each wedding package includes a toast master.

Are you able to print and provide a table plan? Yes

Can you provide a disco/DJ? Yes, this is included in our package.

Can you provide table linen? What colors? Yes, Ivory or White

Can you provide chair covers? What colors? Our packages include chair covers in white with a variety of colors for sashes.

Is there a resident bars? What time is it open till? Yes, open until 2am

Do you provide discounted rooms for wedding guests? We provide a preferred rate for guests attending a wedding at the Hotel.
